The 4 Week Introduction Workshop is what you are looking for if you want to learn clay throwing from scratch. Instructors have more time to teach you different techniques on how to build a better ceramix.

Feel the interaction between your hands and the soft clay with the help of the constantly rotating countertop, from the center to the outside, from the bottom to the top, and gradually become the utensils you want. The whole course includes a series of production process teachings such as shaping, coloring and glazing.
